LibreMesh and the OpenWrt base

The current process starts from OpenWrt 24.10.7 and adds LibreMesh feeds and packages.

The 2025 notes first describe a working OpenWrt build and then the addition of lime-packages and network-profiles. The documentation keeps these layers distinct.
